This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of a double and a twin, together with a bathroom and a ground floor shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area, a dining room with an electric fire and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside there's off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with a patio and furniture. Please note : This property only accepts Friday check ins, unless discussed prior. The village of Newtyle is situated equal distance between the town of Kirriemuir and the city of Dundee. Newtyle has a shop, Post Office, a pub, church and an award-winning butcher. Nearby Kirriemuir is a lovely red sandstone town in the valley of Strathmore, regarded as the gateway to the Angus Glens, which offer some of Scotland's most unspoiled landscape.
