Our family room was spotless, very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and very spacious. The bathroom was especially surprising - shower cubicle didn’t leak & the mirror didn’t steam up!! The only downside was that our room was too hot, no opening window and the air con was on a timer, that would shut off after a set period of time.

I thought the Holiday Inn was great. The rooms were great, staff really friendly and the breakfast was great. Easy to walk to all major attractions too and right next to the station.

A lovely hotel with good facilities. The hotel was clean and modern but 3 little things let it down. No mirror other than in the bathroom, so not easy getting ready. We were in a disabled room which had no toilet lid which I find very unhygienic, however I do understand why this is so for people who have disabilities. Also the grouting on the gase of ghe shower was not clean and no shower cutains put up for the first 2 days meaning no privacy whilst showering. Whilst I would return I wouldn't want this room again.
