We’re so glad you’re here! Our goal is to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and easy. Please take a moment to review a few important house guidelines to help us keep the home in great condition for you and future guests.


Parking & Entry

* Please park in front of the gate
* The deck is the main entrance to the home

Bathroom Care

* Please turn on the bathroom fan while showering and leave it on for about 20–30 minutes after
This helps prevent moisture buildup and keeps everything fresh.

Shoes Off, Please

* We kindly ask that you remove your shoes upon entering the home
All flooring is new, and this helps keep everything clean and in great condition.


Pet Guidelines

We love your furry companions—just a few important rules:

* No pets on beds or furniture
* Pets must be kenneled/crated when you are not with them
* The yard is fenced, but not fully secure
* There is a spot behind the shed and near the gate by the deck where dogs may slip through
* Please clean up after your pets

Trash

* All trash can be placed in the silver trash can on the side of the house
* Extra trash bags are located in the drawer next to the kitchen trash can


Heating & Cooling

* There are two AC units for cooling make sure they are on the snowflake setting if you are not getting cold air please look at the manual in the kitchen drawer by the door. Please keep black out curtains pulled and do not try to open the large window in the living room. Keeping doors and windows closed will go a long ways on hot days.



Extra Supplies & Laundry

* You’ll find extra towels, blankets, fans, and toiletries in the closets
* There is no laundry on-site, but we’re happy to help:

* If you’d like towels washed during your stay, please place them in a bag (bags are in the drawer to the right of the trash can)
* We’ll return them to you clean and folded


Ongoing Improvements

* The home is currently being renovated, new windows were just installed and before Aug central air will be installed. There are currently two AC Units to cool the home and fans in both of the bedroom closets.

* Upcoming projects include exterior painting and basement work (weather dependent)
* If we are ever working during your stay, we will never enter or disturb your space
