I loved the convenience of the hotel to the airport. Was disappointed that there were no rooms available for early check in being I arrived at 8:30 am. That hotel was spotless and the staff were great. Definitely would stay again.

Disappointing

Must admit but I have neen really disappointed with my experience at the hotel. The TV in the room did not work and unfortunately the maintenance person did not rectify the problem. During my stay there were ditty glasses in the corridor outside of rooms..In the room there was unecen flooring which I scuffed my foot on..i will be making a formal complaint.

Ordered a full english breakfast for room service and was presented with nothing more than 2 poached eggs, contacted reception and after 20 mins the english breakfast arrived with no eggs which meant i had to use the 2 poached eggs which were by now cold. The shower didnt work correctly.

I booked this hotel as we had an early flight the next morning from Terminal 2. Access to the hotel was simple via the air bridge from T2 and check in was quick and seamless. Our room was a standard double but even then, felt luxurious and clean. The restaurant on the reception level was very nice, although fairly pricey. Alternatively there was a bar next to it doing bar meals but this full so we had to stand with drinks after dinner. Nice vibe, would definitely stay here again if I had an early start out of T2 Manchester

Fab hotel - we'll be back!

Fabulous hotel, service and location for the airport and very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only one slight negative - if you can call it that - is the cost of breakfast at £21 and one nights parking (discounted) at £19, which I think is a tad expensive, but perhaps that's just me.

Poor experience and little sleep

Arrived here at 4am after a long flight with my partner and child where we all got very little sleep. The first three hours were fine, then for some reason we got a ‘wake up’ call to the telephone in the room 7.35am waking us all up. Then another again at 8.35am and hour later! The whole point of us spending money to spend the night here was to sleep after a late flight and utilise the 12pm check out time and we did not get this. We were all awake and exhausted and ended up checking out earlier than we would have liked so it was a huge waste of money. We may as well have just driven home after the flights No idea what went wrong and have heard nothing from Raddison customer service regarding this error.
