The power went out, 43 degrees, stinking hot we had no food and they didn't even offer a sandwich. I would like a refund as we left and headed to townsville to be air conditioned car to get out of heat.

If I could give the Oasis 10/5 stars I would. I cannot speak highly enough of this accommodation. I travel through Western QLD a lot for work and this has by far been the best place I have stayed. The staff were fantastic. The rooms were incredible. The restaurant was absolutely amazing.
