Bathroom with toddler bath, shower (over bath), vanity and toilet. Reverse cycle split system air-conditioning in living area. Open plan living area comprising lounge room, dining and kitchen with sea views; Lounge and armchair seating; Board games; Books; CD player and radio. Well equipped kitchen with electric stove and cooktop, and large fridge with freezer on top; Coffee machine and coffee plunger (guests need to bring ground coffee for both machine and plunger); Kitchen appliances including kettle, 4-slice toaster and sandwich press. Large undercover entertaining area overlooking beach with uninterrupted coastal views; Dining table and seating; Weber Q gas barbeque; Deck chair; Sun lounge. Fire pit (guests need to bring their own wood and observe fire regulations). Unfenced yard. Absolute beachfront location with steps to the beach.
