On approximately 192 square meters, it offers on three floors any luxury including huge sun roof terrace. To cool down, you go directly over the swim ladder into the water. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc.
A four-person canoe and a SUP are available for free.

Our houseboat is located directly on the large Goitzsche Lake in the first row.
Pure luxury - you live directly in the first row with an unrestricted view of the great lake Goitzsche in our modern and comfortable furnished floating house. Thanks to its generous floor plan, it is very suitable for four to seven people (plus baby). With its 140 square meters of living space (total usable area of ​​approximately 192 square meters) it offers on three floors any luxury. In addition, there is a large and wraparound terrace for sunbathing, lingering or breakfast on the floating concrete pontoon. To cool off, you can dive directly into the water via the attached bathing ladder.

In addition to the 2 separate bedrooms with double bed, bunk bed (SZ1) and double bed with cot (SZ2) are on the ground floor a high-quality bathroom with a bathtub with "lake view", modern shower, vanity and a separate toilet with sink. An additional bed possibility for 2 persons is offered in the living room.

The light-filled living area with access to the 35sqm large sun terrace, as well as the kitchen area and a separate toilet with hand basin are located on the upper floor. In the living room you can expect an almost 180 degree panoramic windows, a flat screen TV and a free Wi-Fi access (limited because no flatrate). The lighting mood can be adjusted individually via electronically controlled sunblinds.

The fully equipped kitchen with panoramic lake views has all the comforts: oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker and toaster are standard.
The house is equipped with a modern air-to-water heat pump with underfloor heating and thus usable all year round.
