Es erzeugt mehr Strom, als es verbraucht. Mit der überschüssigen Energie des Energieplus-Hauses können Elektroautos betankt werden. Jede Ferienwohnung verfügt über einen Stellplatz im Carport. Außerdem gibt es eine Elektro-Aufladestelle. In unserem Haus befinden sich eine behindertengerechte Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss und drei barrierefreie Ferienwohnungen im 1. und 2. Obergeschoss mit Lift. Im Preis für unsere insgesamt fünf 4-Sterne Ferienwohnungen sind Stromkosten und Wäschewechsel im Preis inklusive.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Geschirr, Besteck, Kochtöpfe, Pfannen etc.) - es ist nahezu alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Angenehmes Ambiente. Gerne jederzeit wieder!

Super schöne Ferienwohnung, geräumig, tolle Küche, großes Schlafzimmer, super Betten, tolles Bad mit Wellnessdusche, sehr sauber, eigener Parkplatz und vor allem.....sehr nette Gastgeber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank!
