Ac/heater not working properly and the manager got real rude about. Absolutely no respect for the response to the situation or the fact i had to chase him down after 3x going 3x to speak to him. Last night at 730pm they offered to change rooms. Being the last of 3 nights there I declined since the offer was only made after I emailed Baymont customer care. The hotel is great except for piss poor problem resolution.

check in person was friendly but once we checked in, she was gone. I was trying to get change for the washer and dryer, and I waited forever for her to come back. I don't like the fact that Arizona Tea is always supposed to be a set price. And we were charged over three times that amount. Maybe not carry that brand if you cant charge the price it’s advertised for everywhere else. Not sure I would recommend staying here or stay here again. The website may it look way nicer than what the actual property was. Not sure if you have on the website there are no elevators, but you may want to rework that in there somewhere. There was another guest checking in looks like that just came in from a rodeo and they had no idea there wasn't an elevator. I felt so bad for them, having all that stuff to carry up the stairs.

Front desk staff was rude. Breakfast was very limited to powdered eggs and worse coffee. Some days had no carb free options at all. The lady in charge of the breakfast was very nice and helpful. Other staff not so much. Beds and pillows were broke down and barely serviceable. 2/10

Yes the room was clean and staff friendly. It would have helped to know that there was no elevator since we are seniors with limitations. As said it was pet friendly but no safe place for the animals. Signs posted warned of burrs. Will not consider that hotel in the future.

Good room, very attentive staff, complete breakfast (YES there was yogurt, just in the milk dispensing machine). For being on the road Christmas eve, I was well taken care of. I would absolutely stop here again. Location was in good striking distance to Bisbee as well.
