This newly decorated property boasts 4 spacious bedrooms, a cosy living room, a bathroom with a large bath and shower, an upstairs WC and modern kitchen with all essential appliances. Parking available on the street directly outside.

The surrounding areas of the property offer a number of outdoor spaces within walking distance to enjoy, including the delightful Lightwoods Park, with its ornamental Shakespeare Garden, outdoor gym, late 18th century house and Grade II bandstand. Not only are there places to visit but for the more relaxed guest there are supermarkets and takeaway spots just a 5 minute walk away.

Other amenities just a short travel away include Harborne high street, busy with bars restaurants and clubs, Birmingham city centre - again, alive with possibilities and a local train station (Smethwick.)
