Exceeded our expectations
My wife absolutely loved the accommodations. and little added decorative touches that made it feel like our home and not a rental. Clean, quiet, safe and very comfortable in a beautiful wooded area yet convenient to great golf and great restaurants. Thank you Karin for being a great host and providing a great experience.

Fabulous Condo
This condo was absolutely perfect for my friend and me for a short girls stay of 3 days/2 nights. Easy to locate, only 3 steps down to the condo door, parking right in front of the 3 steps. My friend uses a cane or walker, she had no trouble with the steps and the condo is all one level. Large bedroom with a full sized bed and a twin rollaway tucked into the large walk in closet. A full bath inside the master bedroom with a tub/shower combination, also a hall half bath. Fully appointed kitchen, Karin also left some bottled waters and some breakfast snacks which were so appreciated! There is a full size washer and dryer, a perfect family room and dining area - FR has a large TV and fireplace. Also an outdoor patio. The whole place is beautifully decorated! We felt very safe and the complex is clean and quiet. Very close to anything you are doing or need in Hoover or the 280 area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Great location with easy access to anywhere you wanted to go. Cozy and comfy and clean!! Host was great! Let us check in early after we had driven 5 hours in bad weather , so that was really nice. I would use this property again for sure and highly recommend

Cozy, clean, and quiet. Checking in was very easy. Amenities in the place were thoughtful and useful. The shower pressure was wonderful. The neighborhood is well kept and conveniently located.

The house was very accommodating. It was very pretty everything you could need or want was in the kitchen. It is definitely a nice place to rent if you're in town just to relax. The neighbors are friendly and the host was reachable at all times. I enjoyed my stay there so much i stayed 2 extra weeks. You will enjoy renting this beautiful home.

A Home Away from Home
We were very comfortable and pleased with our stay here. There was plenty of space, which was all tastefully and comfortably appointed. There were plenty of amenities and we had everything we needed. It was well located and easy to find, which is good because we would definitely stay here for future trips to the Birmingham area!

This is our second stay, would do it again
The property is extremely clean and well supplied. It is located very conveniently to food, fast food, groceries and I-65. We stayed here over a year ago, liked it, and decided to do it again. We were completely satisfied. From my point of view, this is what makes this unit a good place to stay: We had a very minor issue (as sometimes happens), the owner was extremely responsive and the issue was resolved quickly, efficiently, and professionally. We travel a lot, this is not always the case. We were impressed with our stay and will be back again in about a year. 5-Star - Highly recommended.
