From the moment we walked into the hotel we were impressed with the quality of the hotel checking was quick and easy staff were friendly and informative we stayed in room 209 the room was immaculate had everything we needed we asked for extra pillows which were provided happily . the breakfast was amazing plenty of choices for all tastes really good quality ingredients for us it’s 5 stars and would recommend this hotel within easy walking distance to the city centre and lots of pubs and restaurants for evening dining parked opposite the hotel ( not hotel car park ) not many spaces but we got in used the ringo app to pay for parking easy cost £7:50 for 24hrs shout out to the young lady running the breakfast area who was excellent and running it single handed we would definitely use the B&B hotel when we return to Birmingham

Oh wow the shower! Heaven! I didn’t want to get out! Hotel is having some renovations - lovely to see and didn’t cause any inconvenience. Contractors were polite and staff very friendly. We were moved rooms so myself and a colleague were on the same floor - always handy when you travel light and share hair straighteners! Comfy bed, lovely staff, perfect stay! Thank you! Would recommend and stay again.
