Fully refurbished one bed flat in a lovely area of Birmingham.
The whole property has been done at a high spec and high standards.
The apartment is on the ground floor and is very quiet.
It has one bedroom and one living room.

The main entrance is secured with a digicode and secured with CCTV.

You can park outside the flat (free street parking).

You will have the flat for yourself. You won't share the bathroom or kitchen with anyone else.
The space
This is a private apartment with a dishwasher, washing machine, big fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and microwave.

You can park on the street. Its free parking the whole day and night.

There is a Police Station opposite the house.

Kings Heath Park is 5mn away. Ideal if you want to jog!
Edgbaston cricket ground is 10mn away, if you want to watch a cricket match.
