It is an older neighborhood, but very nice. The neighbors are very friendly. It is just very comfortable for relaxing with family and friends. This home. This is an older home in a quiet neighborhood.
The listing is deceptive because it shows up in the 2 bath filter, it also list the 2nd bath as 1 and half bath (which makes you think it is a Jack and Jill bathroom) but this is a one bathroom with a half bath in one of the bedrooms. The home is older but cozy. The neighborhood is quite but I was uneasy with some of the activity on the street. I might stay here again but not for the price I paid to rent this home
