The location of this house is great for doing things in Birmingham. There's lots of room and comfortable beds. It's advertised as "immaculate", but it was not. I thought it was at first glance when I entered, but discovered the floors had been vacuumed but not really mopped. The bathrooms were clean enough. The rugs need a shampoo and baseboards need cleaning. Our contact person, Meeka, was absolutely excellent in communicating with us and responding to problems. I think they just need better housekeepers and it would be perfect!

Great historic house in Highland Park!

The house was beautiful, clean, well furnished, and the outside grounds were beautifully landscaped. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. We enjoyed the home and very short walk around the corner for morning coffee at O-Henry's. GREAT stay for my staff team while at a conference in B-Ham.

This was a gorgeous old home that has been lovingly updated. Well appointed with comfortable beds and linens, kitchenware and good working plumbing - who else loves a hot, good water pressure shower?! Our group loved our early morning and evening times on the beautiful front porch. The neighborhood is quiet but close to everything great that Birmingham has to offer. Would definitely stay here again.

Charming Burmingham house

Loved the house. It was everything that’s pictured and more. So beautiful decorated and very comfortable. Visited Birmingham for a wedding with our son and his girlfriend. We found everything we needed and there’s even a coffee shop and restaurant within walking distance.

The house is extremely spacious. The house does maintain some of it’s original rustic features but it is elegantly decorated throughout. We loved the fact that all the bedrooms had king size beds. Highly recommend this property.

One of my best ever rental stays. The home is immaculately clean, the beds and linens are first rate. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. We had a great day. We came in town for a lacrosse tournament and I brought all my coaches there instead of staying in a hotel we decided to stay in the city of Birmingham in this house. Exactly as described in the posting. Beautiful charming home. Beds were very comfortable for our six guests. Plenty of closet space for our wedding attire. Close to every event we needed to go to. Engagement weekend

The house is lovely. It served the needs of our family who came in for our son's engagement. The area and neighborhood were nice. The house provided everything that we needed. I would recommend that you also rent the apartment on the property if you need a living level bedroom. I would book again if I need a home in the area.
