Don’t waste your money

There was no power to the room and they couldn’t fix it. They wouldn’t move us to another room without charging us more. It smelt like vomit

Doors are very loud when closing, so good luck if you have neighbours and they're coming in late when you have to be up early. Doors are also not very good at insulating noise, so commotion in the hallways is clearly heard. Location is convenient for getting to New Street Station, but lots of people always asking for money in area.

There was no desk or table in the room, though there was space -- not even a luggage rack (I asked), and no refrigerator or kettle. There's a coffee machine in the lobby, and it's £2.50.
