Property just as listed. Nice extras like filtered water pitcher, Native Shampoo/Cond/Body Wash, Dish Pods, 2 types of laundry detergent. No door on bedroom as expected with a studio but bed/bath are separated by wall from living area. Easy walk to BW’s, UAB, coffee shops. Plenty of street parking but garage spot is a perk! Felt safe! Would stay again!

UAB orientation

Stayed at the loft while my son attended orientation. Super close to the university: 10 min walk, 3 min drive. Very clean, enjoyed the toiletries provided. Would stay again.

Great Loft

This loft is really a one bedroom with no door. This a brand new well kept space. There was one issue with a socket that doesn’t work by the night stand and the entry system not working, but luckily Chris answered after about 20 mins. Overall it’s great place for a couple or small family, close to the ball park and UAB.

Nice place however ran into heating issues

The place is amazing however we ran into an issue with the heat. My family and I were into for an event and when we got back that night the place was freezing. We reached out that night but being that it was late there wasn’t a response as expected. We have a newborn and couldn’t afford to have a sick baby. We had to leave and get a hotel because of this. I asked the owner to be partially compensated for the inconvenience and have yet to be responded to. My family literally was at the loft for maybe two hours. I felt like things should’ve been handled in a better manner.

Simple

This loft was exactly what me and my wife needed, a simply one bedroom loft within walking distance of region field. Loft was clean and check in was simple. If the occasion arises we will use this listing again.
