Maintenance was an issue. Cooker not working. Wifi password did not work. Communication was not brilliant as these issues were reported when we were there and again when home. Was given on checkin details a long list about recycling and the bins but the outside bins were complacently full with all sorts of rubbish. Ok maybe council had not emptied them but surely the cleaners should have sorted it out. We had no where to put the rubbish. I sent photos when i returned for reference.
