Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber – genau wie auf den Bildern. Sowohl der Bahnhof als auch der Strand waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar, was die Lage besonders angenehm machte. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Empfehlenswert!

Das Quartier war für uns ideal

Das Quartier war für uns ideal. Lage, Geräumigkeit, Balkonnutzung waren perfekt. Die Austattung war im Wesentlichen ausreichend, einige zusätzliche Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. Infos zum Aufenthalt, Seifenablage in der Dusche,Teekanne, Weingläser..., hätten den Aufenthalt angenehm abgerundet. Dennoch konnten wir unsere Zeit in der Wohnung sehr gut genießen.

Binz ist immer wieder eine Reise wert!

Der Aufenthalt war wie immer super! Eine kleine Anmerkung, die Schlafcouch sehr unbequem , und 1-2 etwas größere Töpfe im Küchenschrank wäre toll. Ansonsten ist alles in Ordnung! Es ist schön, dass man immer einen Ansprechpartner hat. Prima!

Binz ist top

Strandnahe Lage und Umgebung sind top! Die freundliche Mitarbeiterin macht viel möglich, was sonst nicht ginge! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr überschaubar und sehr einfach gehalten, vieles was Standard sein sollte fehlt leider. Details, die Gemütlichkeit herstellen würden, fehlen vollständig. Das Bett war für unsere Rücken leider viel zu weich, man sinkt extrem ein. Wirklich extrem steile Auffahrt, schwierig mit großem Auto.

Appartement für junge Menschen in Superlage

Großzügiges Appartement mit Abendsonne auf dem Balkon. Für gehbehinderte Senioren nicht geeignet: kurzer steiler Weg zur Haustür und 2Etagen ohne Aufzug nur über Treppen zu erreichen. Kein Hausmeister im Haus: Probleme bei Kofferzustellung im Haus ...Superlage in Binz:Strandnähe und Nähe zu Supermärkten gegeben. Keine Gartennutzung .

Küchenausstattung sehr eingeschränkt

Keine Gefäße/Streuer für Zucker, Salz, Gewürze. Keine Schüsseln für Müsli. Keine Abwaschbürste oder Lappen/Geschirrtuch. Ansonsten viel Platz, bequemes Sofa/Bett. Kurze sehr steile und verwinkelte Auffahrt zur Garage bitte ernst nehmen. Rangieren mit größerem PKW schwierig. Sonstige Lage super, kurzer Weg zum Strand und ins Zentrum.

Ungünstig fand ich das Schlafen im Wohn-Essbereich. Die Ausziehcouch war sehr unbequem und die Kopfkissen so flach wie Sitzauflagen. Kommunikation mit dem Portal war schlecht, mussten uns selbst umKurkarte kümmern.

Kurzurlaub auf Rügen

Die Ferienwohnung ist von der Lage her top - ruhig und trotzdem nur 10 Minuten bis zur Seebrücke. Die Ausstattung war etwas spärlich, was Gläser (Wein, Bier und Sektgläser angeht) Ansonsten sauber und gut für die Erholung. Wir kommen wieder.

Spartanisch eingerichtete Fewo in sehr guter Lage

+ Lage der Fewo, man braucht nur 5 Minuten bis zur Strandpromenade und Ostsee + WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei - die Sauberkeit ließ teilweise zu wünschen übrig - Küche war sehr spartanisch ausgestattet - lieblose Einrichtung - Auffahrt sehr steil Fazit: Wer sich eine Fewo in bester Lage wünscht und wenig Ansprüche an diese stellt, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Haus auf der Düne zentral in 3. Reihe

Große Ferienwohnung im 2. OG mit Balkon, zweckmäßig eingerichtet! Gewöhnungsbedürftige Garage sehr steile Anfahrt nichts für größere KFZ‘s /SUV‘s. Sonst optimale Abstellmöglichkeit auch für Fahrräder. Das Treppenhaus war zum Zeitpunkt unserer Reise jedoch länger nicht gereinigt worden. (Fusseln, Staub... auf den Treppenstufen)
