The beautiful Villa Jugendglück is located in Lottumstrasse, in the best location near the beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. At the end of the nineties, the villa was extensively renovated in the style of the spa architecture. Today, you will find beautiful apartments for an unforgettable stay on the island of Rügen.

Your apartment 27RB12 is on the 2nd Upper floor and is approximately 60 square meters. This 2-room non-smoking attic apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a large living room with sofa bed, TV, radio and fully equipped integrated kitchen, in which a dishwasher, oven, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and a separate dining area are available and a bright bathroom with window, bathtub and shower. This apartment presents itself to its guests with large windows, ceiling beams, a large south-facing balcony where you can enjoy the sun in the afternoon and an additional west-facing balcony from which a small sea view is possible. As a special you can from the summer season (from 01. May to 30th September) use your own beach chair free of charge. All our guests have free WiFi access in this apartment. On the property there is also a storage room for your bicycles and a parking space for your car. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

Schöne Unterkunft, zweifelhafter Service

Eins vorweg - die Unterkunft ist toll und wenn man von etwas hellhörigen Wänden absieht uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Allerdings wurde bei der Buchung über fewo der Hund nicht weitergegeben. Also musste vor Ort nachgezahlt werden - war nicht unsere Schuld, entschuldigt haben wir uns trotzdem. Schlimmer waren aber die lauten unangekündigten Baumaßnahmen, die die gesamte Woche andauerten. Der gesamte Balkon wurde dabei demontiert. Auf Nachfrage wusste die Vermietung nichts davon. Behandelt wurde man dort, als sei das ja nicht so tragisch. Es wurde unkompliziert eine Entschädigung angeboten und ausgezahlt. Die Alternative schockte uns aber. Man schickte uns vier Wohnalternativen, in die wir umziehen könnten. Anstatt einer Entschädigung für den zusätzlichen Umzugsaufwand wollte man dann aber noch die Kosten für neue Handtücher/Bettwäsche, die Endreinigung sowie für drei weitere (ermäßigte) Übernachtungen von uns haben. Einfach unverschämt. Man hätte ja schließlich auch Aufwand dadurch, war die Aussage. Für uns einfach zu frech. Haben uns dann gezwungenermaßen mit dem Krach arrangiert.
