Die Anlage wird regelmässig gepflegt; die Zuordnung der Häuser ist schön und übersichtlich; das Grundstück an sich ist zweckmässig gestaltet und lässt dennoch genügend Grün zwischen den Häusern, so ist es nicht zu dicht/eng und man hat einen Parkflair; die elektronischen Geräte/Anlagen funktionierten einwandfrei (WLan, Zimmerkarten, Parkschranken). Die direkte Zuordnung eines eigenen Parkplatzes ist ideal. Es gibt genügende Möglichkeiten, Fahrräder ordentlich abzustellen. Bezgl. der Bewertung zum Service und Personal kann ich nicht viel sagen, da wir kaum Kontakt hatten, der aber ok. war.
