The 2014 newly built 'Villa Gutenberg "is located in the exclusive residential area of the Baltic Sea resort of Binz, located directly at the park and just steps to the fine Baltic Sea beach.
You are in the middle of the action, but far enough away from the holiday crowds to enjoy the peace and quiet in this residential area.
The modern and superbly equipped 'brand new' apartment (Erstvermietung as of July 2014) has 2 bedrooms each with Boxspringdoppelbett, in a bedroom there is a flat screen TV, a shower room / WC with window, closet, a spacious living / dining room with kitchenette (dishwasher , oven), chic sofa area with large flat screen TV and direct access to the large terrace (south side). All windows have exterior shutters and partly Fly screens. Parking is located behind the house. The best thing about the apartment is the central but also the quiet location, since the access road is a dead end; the spa is located directly opposite, and both the beach promenade and the main street with its shops, restaurants and cafes are only 200m away. The House of Guests is around the corner (100m) and the Granitz is also within walking distance (500m).

Sehr moderne, aber gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Hell und luftig, durch Fliegengitter. Komplett klasse!
Alleine dass wir bei Ankunft schon einziehen konnten, herzlich begrüßte uns die "HausmeisterPerle" WAR DAS ERSTE EXTRA. Ein Willkommensgruß stand für uns in der super gut ausgestatteten FeWo bereit und wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an super wohl.
Alles war herrlich sauber und gut riechend. Modern aber gemütlich.
Die Lage der Wohnung = einfach super. Besser geht nicht.
Wir hatten zudem super Wetter, ein tolles Stadtfest mit sehr guten Künstlern und abwechslungsreichen Programm
Tja und Spaß und gute Laune hatten wir selbst im Gepäck.
Wir kommen wieder!!!!! Das ist für uns das erste Mal, dass wir am gleichen Ort und in der gleichen Wohnung einen erneuten Urlaub in 2 bis 3 Jahren planen. Das gab es für uns bisher nur in einem Hotel in Meransen........

Fantastisch!
Diese Wohnung kann man unbedingt weiterempfehlen.Sehr gepflegt, zentral gelegen, und dennoch ruhig.Vollkommen barrierefrei. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder.
