Comfortable and practical flat for four people, brand new. Its privileged location in the city centre is perfect for exploring every corner of our city.

It has two bedrooms with four single beds, bathroom, comfortable living room and fully equipped kitchen.



Our house is located in the Abando neighbourhood, the heart of our city. It is a busy neighbourhood during the day, but very quiet at night. Our guests will find themselves surrounded by bars, restaurants and all the shops they may need during their stay.





Small pets are welcome on request.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Das Appartement ist top in Ordnung und sauber. Die Lage ist super zentral. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Zwei kleine Abzüge gibt es für die hotelartige Hellhörigkeit des Hauses und dafür, dass sich hinter den auf den Fotos zu sehenden Rolos keine Tageslichtfenster verbergen, sondern die Fenster zu einem dunklen, geschlossenem Innenhof liegen. Man muss also in den beiden Zimmern eigentlich immer das Licht einschalten.
