Check-in was delayed by 2 hours but we asked for late check out and were given an additional hour which we completely grateful for! Breakfast was out when I went down at 910. It ended at 930. Lastly, while sitting r wading in the room eating, some one opened the door and hollered checkout is at 11. I then reminded her that we were given an additional hour. She shut the door and didn’t say anything. Upon checkout I learned that the lady at the desk did the hollering. She didn’t apologize for her error. I did thank her for allowing us the late checkout. I’m not sure I would stay her again. I da t we decided to stay in Page an additional night and stayed at a hotel across the street.

Room was not good. I had two rooms and toilet in one of them clogged. So I wanted to call reception but phone was not working. So then I went to reception and complained about the clogged bathroom and 1st they suggested to wait as maintenance comes at 9. But then eventually reception least cleaned the bathroom. Breakfast was horrible, all juices, coffee, waffle mixture was watery. When asked they mentioned that ran out of syrup for waffle. I heard they refilled when we were done. No one eat their much so we had to go out and eat again.
