This was a great place to stay. Came here for our anniversary and had a wonderful time. Room was clean and cozy. We didn't use the spa, although the property has one available that we could see was clean and cared for.

Great service from front desk. Room was amazing, bathrooms were clean. Location was nice and close to plenty of restaurants/ fast food/ and stores. Jacuzzi wasn't working the first night and we notified the front desk. They had maintenance done on it and was ready for the next day, very much appreciated.

Checkin was easy - the staff friendly, and asking pertinent questions so you walk away with what you need. Putting this in early for those with mobility issues - 3 stories, no elevator. I didn’t see rooms that don’t need stairs to access. Our room was large. Kitchen well stocked with what you need (even a tea kettle!). Fridge cold enough it froze our green onions! 2 full bathrooms, 2 fireplaces (that worked), king bed and (assuming a foldout) couch for sleeping. I’d describe the decor as “mountain core lite” - wood, stone & a few animal figurines. The shower in one bathroom needed snaking - but we told them as we checked out and used the other one. No doubt they’d have come to deal with it if we wanted. Everything was clean, organized, and all appliances worked. Thoughtful touches (like the tea kettle cord stored IN the kettle) were everywhere. The furniture was comfy, the carpet fine, lots of extra pillows and a few blankets, fans for use, and even a vaccum. I think there were DVDs to borrow in the rec room/lobby where the pool table resides. The complex is on a fairly busy road, but was far enough back that it was minor background noise (heard on,y when we had the windows open). Wouldn’t have even known there were others staying there it was that quiet (mid week). The hot tub, while small, was marvelously hot. Made use of one of two propane bbqs - they have tools to borrow (which we did.) We had covered parking, but it is first-come for that.

I love funky places like this one. Our room was more like a small apartment than a hotel room. It has a a retro cool vibe and we were happy with it. Large bedroom with fireplace and two baths which were a surprise. It has a kitchen and little living room with another fireplace. Not updated (which we liked) but very clean and bed was comfortable. We would have given more stars however unfortunately there was a power outage in the area around 6 pm. The whole town was dark and we were very upset that the office closed and we were left without power and the hotel didn’t even check to see if we were ok or offer flashlights candles or lanterns. Not even a courtesy call (the phone in the room worked during the outage) There was one weak flashlight in the kitchen but it was just really disappointing that we didn’t hear anything from staff. Power came back on around 2 am. At checkout I said it would have been nice if someone checked on the guests at the hotel and was told that the room had a flashlight and was dismissed. So.. I do recommend the place because the price is right and location is good and it’s clean and groovy :) .. just bring candles and flashlights and don’t expect much from the staff.

The room exceeded expectations. Very clean, two bathrooms both with bathtubs, fully equipped kitchen, high ceilings. Incredibly worth it and will definitely come back. The location was very close to everything we wanted including grocery stores, a nice Mexican restaurant (Hacienda), a hiking trail/swim spot, and a sleepy neighborhood for walks in the early morning or dusk.

Large suite, excellent value for the price, but the sheets were very scratchy and there is A LOT of road noise. The blanket on the bed had quite a bit of long hair on it from a previous guest, so it made me very uncomfortable with the cleanliness.
