The 3BD main house is perfect for the family while the detached mother inlaw suite adds extra space for the extended family/friends. Jump into our hot tub after a day of skiing or hiking, or join in the fun in our detached game room complete with ping pong/pool table/arcade game. With the versatility of the layout, location and fun amenities this is your next great stay in Big Bear.
Must abide by maximum occupancy of 10 guests and Max vehicles of 4 cars
Guests must sign the `Good Neighbor Policy` form required by the city before arrival
No hot tub use between the hours of 10pm and 7am
Parking in designated parking only, no off street parking
No smoking, vaping or drug use inside the home
No amplified noise 24/7
Trash may be left in can as long as its not overflowing. If you have too much trash you can take it for free to the trash site located at 41970 Garstin Rd, Big Bear Lake, ca 92315
