The Space:

Step inside and you’ll immediately notice there’s room for everyone to spread out and truly unwind. The main living room welcomes you with a cozy couch, inviting armchairs, and a smart TV—perfect for casual evenings after a day at the beach. Just beyond, a second living room offers a wraparound couch that practically begs for movie nights, complete with a smart TV and DVD player for classic film marathons or rainy-day lounging. There’s even another lounge area with four comfortable chairs, creating the perfect nook for morning coffee, quiet conversation, or diving into a good book.



The kitchen is thoughtfully designed for gathering, featuring stainless steel appliances, both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, and counter seating for three so guests can chat while meals are prepared. Just off the kitchen, a secondary dining area with seating for four provides a casual spot for breakfast or snacks. When it’s time for everyone to come together, the formal dining room with a table for 12 sets the stage for memorable family dinners, holiday celebrations, or long, laughter-filled evenings.



Head outside to the screened-in deck, where comfortable seating allows you to enjoy the fresh coastal breeze without interruption. Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a twin size bed.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, deck access, and a desk.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



The inviting loft includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV, perfect for kids.



This home also includes a half bathroom and a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

· Driveway parking for 4 vehicles available.

· This home is pet friendly. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $115 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

· This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, located on the front porch and actively monitoring the side view of the front door and driveway.

· Crib and high chair provided.

· If you are looking for a more modern home, this may not be the best match. This property is an old farmhouse with character, charm, and the quirks you would expect from an older home. Please note that the loft area features lower ceiling heights and a smaller doorway, making it best suited for children. We recommend that taller guests use caution when entering and exiting the loft space.
