The view of the lake and mountains at breakfast was a highlight. The room was clean and comfortable. The greatest difficulty was finding the place because of a name change. Google and Apple both messed me up.

No internet. Manager said "that's your problem, not ours" After about 30 minutes of wrangling I got him to give a refund and we found a MUCH nicer place in town for about the same price. The young lady that handled the desk and was the go-between in all this negotiation was really nice, She represents the hotel well,
