Spa was disappointingly cold. Towels were very old and worn. There was no where to hang them to dry, yet they were not replaced for the duration of our stay. Room was clean and well presented. Gowns were a nice touch. Did not replace teabags. Attention to detail could be better.

Nice hotel but AC did not work.

The hotel was nice but the AC did not work. I requested assistance with the AC and was told that it was set as cold as it got. We were offered a fan to assist along with opening the windows which was nice; however, we chose the hotel specifically because it was advertised to have AC.
