Nice location right along Montgomery Ride On bus routes, easy access to shopping and Black Hill Regional Park. Staff were courteous.

i did not stay; entrance and parking areas including the handicap spaces were covered in ice; I use a cane to walk and there was no safe way to get onto the lobby--even the sidewalks were covered in ice. How can you offer rooms when there is no safe way to access the hotel,, The conditions were deplorable!!

Great location clean room, courteous staff at check in and check out. My only problem was the water was going down slow in the bathroom sink and shower. Not much of a selection at breakfast. There were 3 muffins left when we went down for breakfast at 8ish.

Worst stay in a while! Got stuck in the elevator for 1hr and then whole thing was deemed out of service. They didn’t even attempt to fix it. Mind you we were on the top floor! Fire alarm went off 3 times in 4 days, each time because someone was cooking something… doesn’t surprise me because even in our room the Good fan wasn’t working in our room’s kitchen. Sheets were torn and stained… overall just a horrible stay. Won’t be going back here ever again!

Key Issues Indicating Deferred Maintenance/Water Damage: Warped Cabinet Doors: Kitchen cabinet doors are visibly warped from severe water damage, suggesting long-standing issues and potential underlying mold requiring professional assessment. Dirty Fridge Area: The area next to the refrigerator was noticeably dirty, indicating a lapse in deep cleaning and housekeeping standards. Leaking Shower Spout: The primary spout leaks continuously when the shower is on, pointing to a faulty diverter valve and affecting water pressure. Malfunctioning Toilet: The toilet does not flush properly, requiring multiple flushes, posing a significant inconvenience and hygiene concern. I arrived late, but when I finally got here, there was no pillow on the bed and the shower curtain was not on the rod. The rod actually is bent and now the curtain is hanging on the ground. The whole place could use a new coat of paint.

The staff is friendly, the kitchen is a good size, and the shower was clean with strong water pressure and hot water. My main issue is the layout of the room. The bathroom door blocks access to the rest of the room and if it was opened even it bit, it would swing out to be fully open.
