Enjoyed our second stay

We enjoyed our stay in this unit as much as our previous stay last year. Lovely refurbished apartment with all necessary amenities. Probably will be back next year.

What a beautiful condo! We loved everything about our vacation and this updated, beautiful, very well stocked condo with the best views ever made it an over the top awesome getaway. All needed information was provided well in advance, the unit had all the necessities plus so much more in the kitchen, the beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were clean, updated nicely and felt like you were at a spa. Very much appreciate the extra games and beach items. The best part was the beautiful view and the patio to soak it all up. We can’t wait to come back already!

Truly wonderful and beautiful condo! Everything was exactly as the description reads. Waking up to the ocean view and enjoying our coffee was spectacular! The host was wonderful and very quick to respond. We will definitely book this condo again.

Beautiful Unit in Premier Sea Colony Building

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful, immaculate unit in the best building at Sea Colony. Convenient to so many things including most of the special events, indoor and outdoor pools, and of course the lovely beach. Unit was well equipped and everything worked great. Owners are communicative and responsive. Thank you for the great stay!

Sea Colony

The unit was wonderful and the ocean view from the 11th floor was spectacular. It looked just like it did in the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. There were beach chairs for us to use and some fun games too. The owner was very easy to get in touch with and our stay was great!

Sea Colony first timer

It was our first time at Sea Colony and our stay was wonderful. Perfect for a family with small children. Lots to do even in the rain (indoor pool, tennis). You can walk to so many places without even getting in your car for the week! The condo was impeccably redone and so clean. The pictures of this view don’t do it justice. I was blown away when I walked in. We will definitely be back!

Owner has been very kind and understanding, as we encountered an emergency that caused us to change our original trip plans. Moved our week, and even had the opportunity to extend by another day. Really appreciated the communication, kindness, and very accommodating solutions! Thanks again!

It was everything I wanted!

John is a terrific host. He has a lovely oceanfront home with all the amenities. The unit is recently renovated and very quiet. The apartment has a full sized washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, etc. we have rented many different units in Sea Colony. This was my favorite. The only point I took off was for cleanliness. It was not filthy by any means, but the cleaning service did not do a thorough clean before my arrival. Toilets and showers needed sanitizing. Thanks John! I will be back.

Beautiful clean and modern unit

Everything was super easy from the rental process to being in touch with the owners. Everything is new in the unit and it is spacious. We didn’t cook many meals, but if we wanted to, the kitchen was well equipped to do so. The place is well stocked with everything you could need. It is in the best building in the Sea Colony And right on the beach. The unit has one reserved parking space which is key at this location. There are bins in the lobby for you to move stuff from the car to the unit. Wait time for elevators was minimal at least the week we were there. Three really great restaurants less than 5 min walk, as well as a liquor store and pizza place. The center of Bethany is about a 10-15 min walk. The umbrella and chair rental was reasonably priced and people were friendly. There is a deli and snack place in the Edgewater building. Grocery stores are 5-10 min drive. I would absolutely book again at this location and unit. The owners have thought about how to set up the condo and renters have obviously respected the property while staying. The beds are very comfortable too.

Fully lived up to expectations

This recently renovated apartment had a wonderful fully appointed kitchen with all new appliances and almost every item desired. The apartment was tastefully decorated, the beds and furniture really comfortable, and had lots of storage space. The view was spectacular (although other lesser properties we've rented in Edgewater always had that) which made the rainy days we had almost enjoyable. The center of town is less than a mile away and an easy walk. The owner quickly answered both my emails and phone calls and was very helpful.

Beautiful ocean view sunrises guaranteed

This unit is nicely appointed, newly renovated and very comfortable. 24 hour views of the ocean. We enjoyed the whole Sea Colony experience as well. This was our 1st time to any of the Delaware beaches, drove up and down to the other towns and Bethany Beach is our favorite. We will definitely return.
