With self check-in and everything you need from the moment you arrive, it's a place to simply drop your bags and breathe.



The apartment offers 32 m² of thoughtfully arranged space: a private bedroom, a comfortable living room, and a well-equipped kitchen with a cooking plate, microwave, coffee machine, and everything needed for a relaxed stay. Floor heating and high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls make it equally comfortable for a working retreat or a weekend off.



Step outside and the forest opens up around you. Enjoy the shared garden and terrace, or fire up your own electric grill for an evening outdoors — simple pleasures in a beautiful setting. A dedicated parking space is included, so arriving by car is effortless. The interior is step-free for easy accessibility.



The nearest sandy lake beach is just 250 metres away, with 11 lakes and bike paths through the forest right on your doorstep. Horse riding, golf, stand-up paddleboarding, and fishing are all available in the area. Berlin city centre is about 40 minutes by car, and Berlin Brandenburg Airport just 20 — close enough for a spontaneous city day, far enough to feel truly away.
