Excelente, lugar paradisíaco

Foi excelente, a casa é linda e o local único! Pontos de observação para a limpeza da cozinha e utensílios de cozinha que não estavam ok. Os colchões estão em mal estado e a churrasqueira bem encardida e pequena. A casa na parte inferior é muito quente! o ventilador da sala praticamente não funciona, tem um adicional que não dá conta do recado. É necessária melhor ventilação na parte inferior. Os quartos são ótimos e o ar condicionado funciona perfeitamente na parte superior, deixando o ambiente muito agradável. Os chuveiros são ótimos!

A praia é tranquila e não tem aglomeração, mesmo em grandes feriados. O condomínio é de alto padrão e de frente para o mar, com serviço de praia e a casa é muito bem planejada com toda a parte social em baixo e as suítes em cima. Excelente imóvel para relaxar com a família ou grupo de amigos.

Excellente casa!

Otimo imovel para ir com a familia. Perto do mar e rio onde pudemos aproveitar os 2 de forma excellente. A casa e otima e bem espacosa e o condominio tambem bem legal. Houveram alguns probleminhas de manutencao (aquecedor e ar condicionado) q prontamente foram resolvidos no proprio dia, e, tanto o proprietario quanto o pessoal do condominio muito solicitos e simpaticos. Adoramos e aproveitamos muito nossa estadia. Recomendo!!!
