Lovely hotel in a quiet area. 2 min walk from the Ubahn and from Rewe (supermarket). Staff were friendly and have only recently taken it over. Older building with really high ceilings and big windows. Bath was lovely and deep. Fridge in the room was useful. Tea and Coffee/ Kettle in communal area on the landing to share.

Beautiful old bldg not enough

Absolutely stunk of smoke. Curtains don't close Windows don't open & no air conditioning 1 x thin duvet 1x Pillow old & lumpy No heating No tea/coffee facilities Poor reception available. Don't mind old bldg, creaky floor etc but the above items are a must for comfort. Not worth 100 euros a night.

Komme immer gerne wieder.

Ein netter Altbau, in dem zu freundlichem Preis es sich gut aushalten lässt. Eine ruhige Seitenstraße umgeben von anderen Altbauten. 2 Minuten von der U7 Konstanzer Straße entfernt. Hier fühle ich mich immer wohl.

Abgesehen davon, dass das Hotel entgegen seines Namens nun wirklich nicht am Kurfürstendamm oder zumindest in einer Seitenstraße davon ist, war ich sonst durchaus zufrieden. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und ruhig, der Check-In dank Schlüsselbox unkompliziert. Es gab zwar kaum TV-Progamme auf dem Flachbildfernseher zu empfangen, dafür aber schnelles und stabiles W-Lan. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden und die U Bahn ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.

ich hatte tagelang keine Information wegen Spätanreise, dann ein Notzimmer, welches offensichtlich kurz vorher bewohnt wurde und schmiöutzig war. Am Tag darauf kein Tausch auf gebuchtes Business Zimmer, statt dessen wieder ein Basis Zimmer, welches bewohnt war. Ein alternativ Zimmer wenig besser, da auch sie Heizung ausgefallen war ( Dez. und kalt ) Kein Manager zu erreichen für einvernehmliche Lösung , dann ausgezogen. Katastrophe, da sehr viel Zeiz und Nerven gekostet hat.
