It reminded me of a cheap motel from the 80s, with a lingering aroma of cigarettes, a constant scream of sirens from the road below, staff who would rather you werent there. The carpets were all stained, our bathroom had broken tiles and black mold, our blinds were broken so they didnt shut and hot water changes temperature like a president changes tarrifs. And to top it off the hotel carpark was full so we were recommended to park at the Contipark around the corner who kept our car hostage as all pay machines were broken. Only good thing about our stay was the (additipnal cost) breakfast. We wont be back, and suggest others avoid this place also

Nice place to stay if you don’t want to be in the city center yet easy to get there by public transportation. The tram and subway are both very close to the hotel. I took a train to central station and found it was easy and much less expensive to take the tram with my luggage to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to access a gym just across the street at their sister hotel for no extra charge. Really great place to stay if you’re trying to stay on a budget.

Perfect location, great transport links

Perfect for a family stay ( lounge room), very comfortable beds. Breakfast selection was very good - included in the price. Quick check in. Staff helpful and friendly. Great transport links to central Berlin and other major train stations. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Great property and the staff are super friendly and made us feel so welcome! The only thing is it’s out of the city so need to travel to get to places and there isn’t a lot around but there is a supermarket nearby which is really good. Would definitely stay again!

My room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the hotel is conveniently located very near the S Bahn. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would have preferred a safe and tea/coffee facilities in the room but I was only there 2 nights so it wasn't very important. I would definitely stay there again.

A very pleasant place to stay in Berlin

It was very good. The hotel is very clean, the room I got was spacious, with a big window with a nice view. The bathroom was well equipped. The lounge areas were nice, they have a cafe in their lobby which I appreciated. Very well connected location wise.

The heating system was an air-conditioning which unfortunately did not operate the days who I stayed. For the above reason, the room was cold and uncomfortable. The WiFi was not always constant. It is really a pity and embarrassing. The price per night was expensive for the quality, the facilities, the services which the hotel offered generally. The private parking in the some complex of buildings costs 13,00 Euros per night its quite expensive too. The employees in the reception desk, were polite, professional and well educated.

The Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Berlin Prenzlauer Berg is a fantastic stay. Very easy to reach from both airport (via train) and central Berlin (via tram). The staff are above friendly and accommodating, even helping to book daily travel tickets. The hotel and rooms are very clean. A big hit was the very reasonably priced breakfast, that catered for all appetites and food sensitivities/allergies.
