Getting to the hotel was easy - it's only a hundred metres from the Weinmeisterstrasse stop on the U-Bahn. Access to the hotel and to our room was easy using the PIN code provided. The room was a good size with a good bathroom, and everything was clean, tidy and quiet. This is a great location for anyone staying in Berlin for a few nights. It's a 5-minute walk from Alexanderplatz, and everything in Berlin is easily accessible.

An excellent place to stay in Berlin. The room is spacious and clean. The check-in instructions were easy. It is very close to the Musume Island by 10 mins walk and S and U lines are steps away. The central station is 2 stops by S line. There are a lot of restaurants around and Alexanderplatz is in walking distance or one stop by S line. It is highly recommended.

Loved the idea of this hotel, very easy to check in and out, everything we needed like towels, coffee, etc can be found in the main lobby. Room was spacious and TV was huge. Laundry in the location was super helpful and its in a very convenient area surrounded by things to do and restaurants. I will be staying with Numa from now on, loved it!

Communication and check-in was smooth and easy. My room was really nice with an amazing skyline view. I had a wonderful stay and was very happy there. Refrigerator and coffee/tea makers provided with supplies.

NUMA HAS SENT YOU A MESSAGE: BUT it does not seem to be the expected message of APOLOGY for the shockingly dishonest practice of accepting reservations for a stay in your hotel, during a period when access was entirely IMPOSSIBLE-- interrupted by construction under way to the Weinmeisterstrasse UBahn station—as well as for the early AM—8 AM !-- noise of construction ! LET alone for not saying UP FrONT that the NUMA is an unserviced hotel, and never even sending information, with a confirmation receipt, on how even to open a door to your unserviced lobby ! Without the exceptionally kind assistance of the reception staff at your next-door “neighbor,” at Hotel Casa Camper, we never would have managed to get into our noisy street-facing room in the NUMA--LEET ALONE get into the lobby ! SO I can only quote Edgar Allen Poe, when I say that “NEVERMORE”would I stay at a NUMA property, let alone recommend it to anyone ! NEVER AGAIN ! DR Eleanor Sims
