My Souterrain 3-bedroom newly renovated apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the Wrangle-Kiez Kreuzberg area. Perfect for getting around to see the sights or sampling the best of Berlin`s night life.
The apartment features 2 queen size beds and 2 single beds, ideal for families or groups of friends.
This apartment is in a residential building, so it is not recommended for groups who want to party all night long.

The apartment is 85 m^2 divided up into 4 rooms. 3 of which are bedrooms. You would be living just a stones throw from the famous Görlitzer Park and the Wrangle-Kiez area of Kreuzburg.
There is a fully functional open kitchen/living room area for you including hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher.
There`s a sofa and 2 chairs for you to relax in whilst watching TV. Netflix is available with your own account only.

- Bedroom 1 has a double bed (140x200)
- Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds (90x200)
- Bedroom 3 has 1 double bed (140x200)
All bed linens are provided along with towels.

The bathroom is compact. It contains a toilet, sink and a shower. There is an ironing board and iron. A hairdryer is also provided.
Internet is connected so you can stay in touch with family and friends and tell them how great Berlin is.

The neighbourhood is very vibrant. Loads of cafés, bars and restaurants. Kreuzberg is one trendy area of Berlin where there is always something going on.
The famous street food Market is just a few minutes walk away as well as `Oranienstrasse` which caters for all types of food.
`Warschauer Brücke` is walking distance which takes you to the fairly new Eastside Mall as well as the East Side Gallery. The Mercedes Benz arena and the famous RAW-Gelände are also within walking distance.

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.

Great location in Berlin

There were 4 adults and two kids (5 & 1 y.o.). We had more than enough space, yet it was cozy. Clean and located near reliable public transportation.

Kreuzberg området var super fedt at bo i. Virkelig en storby oplevelse i sin rå form. Dertil hører, at der om aftenen var en del suspekte typer gå gadehjørnerne og at Görlitzer Park om aftenen er listet som et sted at skulle hold sig langt væk fra når det er mørkt - dette sted ligger meget tæt på. Det var tæt på U-bahn station, Lidl og Rewe som indkøbsmuligheder var også tæt på. Ligeledes var der kaffebar m.v. lige i nærheden. Det var muligt at finde billig parkering i et P-Hus ca. 1,5 KM væk i X-Berg Parking. Lejligheden er en kælderlejlighed, hvor der var lavt til loftet i stuen, ingen rigtig sollys og en meget smal og stejl trappen som indgang/nedgang til lejligheden. Der var desværre en lugt af kælder.

Geen Top-spot!

Teurer compingaufenthalt. improviseren ist nötig. Am 1. Tag den Vermieter contactiert über chatfunktion von der FE-Wo-app und angerufen. Eine ganze Woche lang wurden wir vertröstet das die Probleme gelöst würden, aber die gesamte Urlaubswoche ist nichts passiert. Es gab nicht genug Geschirr für uns- wir waren zu Fünft und hatten neben messern und grossen Löffeln nur 4 Gabeln und nur zwei kleine Löffel, keine Schälchen, 3 Weinglaser, keine Topflappen (haben einige Male Pizza aus dem Ofen gegessen), der TV funktionierte nicht, der Staubsauger funktionierte auch nicht, es gab keine Handfeger und Kehrblech, die Sessel im Wohnzimmer fielen auseinander, so dass wir uns nicht getrauten uns hinein zu setzen. Man musste in den Wohnkeller über eine steile Treppe und das Licht (bewegungsmelder) ging erst an, wenn man es schon bis runter geshafft hatte. Am schlimmsten war das der Vermieter stets anwortete mit "Wir kümmern uns um die Probleme" , aber NICHTS TAT. Also eine Woche lang stets warten und inzwischen sich behelfen mit was zur Verfügung steht. Echt unakzeptabel.
