Very clean and funky hotel, within walking distance of Uber Arena. Friendly staff and comfortable lobby areas. Hot water seemed to shut off at a certain time, so late night showers were very cold!

Location of the hotel is very good. Close to station Ostbahnhof, a 20min walk to Eastside Gallery, Eastside Mall and restaurants. The hotel is modern and have a nice design in the room.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach perfekt. Bereits beim Check-in verlief alles absolut reibungslos. Schon beim Betreten des Hotels ist man völlig geflasht von der stilvollen, modernen Einrichtung und den hochwertigen Möbeln – alles wirkt sehr fancy und gleichzeitig unglaublich einladend. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Obwohl wir ganze vier Stunden früher angekommen sind, bekamen wir ohne Probleme einen kostenlosen Early Check-in und zusätzlich sogar einen kostenlosen Late Check-out. Besonders positiv war, dass man uns fragte, auf welcher Seite des Hotels wir unser Zimmer bevorzugen und welche Zimmerkategorie wir wünschen. Dieser persönliche Service ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Das gesamte Personal war durchweg extrem freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Die Zimmer waren wunderschön eingerichtet und befanden sich in einem hygienisch einwandfreien Top-Zustand. Auch das Frühstück war ein absolutes Highlight: eine riesige Auswahl am Buffet und alles geschmacklich hervorragend. Besonders Renato ist uns in Erinnerung geblieben, der uns fragte, ob er ein Omelette oder Rührei zubereiten solle, und kurze Zeit später mit einem riesigen, mit Käse überbackenen Omelette mit Tomaten zurückkam – einfach fantastisch. Auch Roxana war am Frühstücksbuffet unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam. Ich hatte selten einen so rundum gelungenen Hotelaufenthalt. Dieses Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Om morgenen var brødet og røræg koldt, lokalerne var generelt kolde, værelset var koldt, det tog lang tid for vandet at blive varmt om morgenen, sengen var hård, ingen plads til at hænge ens tøj, der blev glemt at lægge kaffe i holderen, den gratis minibar var vand
