Not the most convenient location but it makes up for it in style. Cute cafe & restaurant. Room impeccably appointed and very nice. Clean, quiet and right next to the East Side Gallery walk which is amazing!

This was a very very nice hotel! I was in awe when I walked into my room! The balcony was a breath of fresh air and the mini kitchen was cute! Love the rooms, the views, and the staff! Made me feel welcomed after a cancellation of my flight

The hotel was in a great location. On the river in the East Side Gallery. The Berlin Wall right outside. Took a sunset cruise on the solar boat. Only a 15 minute walk. Very close to restaurants and shopping.

Genuinely one of the best places I’ve ever stayed

An absolutely perfect stay. I would genuinely struggle to find fault with anything at all: we had a warm welcome from arrival, the property is modern, clean and excellently designed. The room was a masterpiece of maximising utility in a small space without feeling crowded. All in all one of the best places I’ve ever stayed

I highly recommend this hotel. Right on the Eastside behind the Berlin Wall and on the river. The room was amazingly clean, with a balcony and city views. You can catch the 300 bus that takes you and connect you to the main tourists places in Berlin by just crossing the street! Moreover, you can ride the bus for 5 minutes to the station and catch the train that takes you directly to the airport. The staff at the service desk were so friendly, helpful and courteous! I will definitely stay here again!

Modern, clean, quiet rooms with excellent amenities. Enjoyed the kitchen in the City Suite, with utensils, plates, & cookware. Great dining at onsite restaurant or around the corner. Beautiful sunsets to watch setting over the river. Right on the Berlin Wall. Will be staying again on my return to Berlin. 5 stars. Two thumbs up. Just right!

We love staying at Locke Apartments no matter where. Everything is comfy and staff is always very nice! Check in was quick and easy and our room was amazing, including a balcony with river view. Not sure if it had to do with the location of the room but it was quite noisy in the mornings, sounded like someone was rolling around something heavy (or pushing a shopping cart in the hallway). We were close to the elevator, maybe that’s why. Another but hopefully temporary problem was that the WIFI for our room didn’t work properly the whole time of our stay. The reception gave us several new codes but it didn’t work with either of our laptops (which was not great for work) and not for streaming something on TV, what we tried from our mobiles the last evening. I would still recommend staying here and will return : )

This hotel is great. I stayed in the base level studio room and it was really well designed and had quality furnishings. The small balcony was nice too. The lobby is a great place to hang out and opens out to the river if you want to have afternoon drinks. Location is great if you’re planning on going out at night.

Loved being in the heart of the East Side Gallery, the ease of walking to places & closeness to public transportation. The hotel has everything you need & a 24/7 vending machine extraordinaire behind it for any extras.The rooms were like a home away from home with full kitchen. Staff were incredibly friendly & kind.
