the staff was very friendly, the room was clean and ready early. The location was convenient, a bit off center but very near a s-bahn station that got us everywhere we needed, the only downside is the noise from said station is very loud and prevented us from keeping the window open at night.

Really disappointing stay. The rooms are very hot and noisy. If you’re facing the road, the noise is loud even with the windows shut. The noise from the corridor also carries quite heavily in the room, so you can hear steps from people walking, noises from housekeeping trolley and people talking. The mattress is very thin, and so are the towels. The room amenities are very basic considering the price paid for the room (Almost 200€ for 2 nights) Staff is friendly, although someone entered my room (probably housekeeping, I’m assuming by mistake) at 9am when checkout was at 11am. Hotel is modern, clean and beautifully decorated in the common areas

Clean but overly sterile, with Ikea furnishings that were already breaking. No ac and NO FANS in rooms on upper stories with giant windows overlooking a busy street, and no way to get a cross breeze. Overpriced and under delivered. Was close to the fast train to the airport... That's about it.

My wife and I just loved this place. A short walk to the Ostkreuz train station, but with a great view of a lake and very quiet. The staff was wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay at Habyt. The rooms were very clean and check in was simple. Two out of the four bedrooms we booked had issues with lighting: - Room 413: one of the ceiling lights does not turn off which was an issue for my colleague when they wanted to sleep - In my room (415) the bedside lights do not turn on We were also discouraged by how expensive breakfast was... €17 for a hotel breakfast?! Why is it so expensive? There was no additional info on the signs advertising breakfast around the hotel to say what was included/could be expected, so we were not sold on it and went to the coffee shop round the corner for a pastry and a coffee before heading out on both days we stayed. It would be great if the hotel could consider offering a cheaper option for breakfast, however we would still recommend the stay and would return again.
