We were there with my daughter for 4 days. Every single moment was amazing. Lake, woods, swans, ducks.. Very clean and comfortable home. Also very easy to reach with trams and buses. If you're looking a calm stay don't think twice. Thanks to Anja and her family for their hospitality.

Nice, modern rental on water

We stayed in the bottom apartment which sleeps 4 people (one bedroom with a king bed and bunk beds). Everything was very modern, new and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well-stocked and there's a nice covered patio out the kitchen door, although it was too cold for us to use in March. The only complaint we had about the layout is the bathroom is between the kitchen/living room and bedroom. Therefore, if someone was using the bathroom you were "stranded" in whichever room until they were done. This is not a big deal for a short trip though. There is a tram stop (Strassenbahn) right out the front door which will connect you to many bus routes or to the S-Bahn in Koepenick, which makes it very easy to get anywhere. There's also a grocery store (Aldi) just across and up the street. There aren't any bakeries or cafe's nearby which was a bit disappointing. We stayed in this area because we wanted to be near family. If you would like to be closer to central Berlin, I would not recommend staying in Koepenick (travel time to central Berlin would be about 30 to 45 min). However, if you are visiting in the summer and would like to spend time on the water and outside, this is an ideal location! We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in wunderdchöner Lage, direkt am Wasser absolut ruhig,, sehr schön eingerichtet, geräumig und alles sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und kooperativ. Werden bestimmt nochmal dort Urlaub machen.

Schöne Wohnung direkt am Wasser

Schöne Wohnung mit wunderbarer Terrasse, direkt an der Dahme. Die Altstadt Köpenick ist zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten oder mit der Tram gut erreichbar.

Super Objekt

Das Objekt ist genau so, wie es auf der Internetseite beschrieben ist. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und modisch eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super, direkt am Wasser. Direkt vor der Haustür liegt die Straßenbahn und die Einkaufsmöglichkeit liegt direkt um die Ecke. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Urlaubsbewertung für das Urlaubsappartement in Berlin Köpenick

Wir sind überaus zufrieden mit Wohnung. Deshalb haben wir schon zum zweiten mal dort Urlaub gemacht. Die Unterkunft ist super sauber, modern eingerichtet und befindet sich direkt am See mit eigenem Steg. Die Vermieter sind nett und zuvorkommend. Gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Super Wohnung. Neu renoviert. Wohnung mit Terrasse direkt am Wasser. Ruderbootnutzung kostenlos. Jeweils ein Fernseher in Schlaf und Wohnzimmer. Wenn wir nochmal in Berlin Urlaub machen, werde wir wieder hier wohnen. Alles Top.

Ruhe in Berlin

Sehr ruhige Ferienwohnung in Berlin-Köpenick direkt am Wasser und alles ist so wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos zu sehen (wir hatten schon Ferienwohnungen, die mit Fotos und Worten nur vortäuschten direkt am Wasser zu liegen). Hier ist alles bestens. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Wirklich eine tolle Wohnung, kann man nicht anders sagen. Wenn man ankommt und auf der Strasse steht vermutet man solch ein Idyll nicht. Preis Leistung waren einfach unschlagbar. Im Sommer muss es phantastisch dort sein. Wir waren nicht zum letzten mal dort.

Grazie mille alla Signora Anna .Il posto stupendo, la casa molto pulita, la cucina attrezzata, non manca nulla. Di fronte c' è un supermercato, il centro si può raggiungere in 40 min. La zona tranquilla, perfetta per le passeggiate con i bambini. Una scelta ideale per la famiglia con bambini, prenotate senza pensare!

Schön gelegene, kleine Ferienwohnung. Modern ausgestattet. Zum Wohlfühlen! Super Lage am Wasser und auch der Müggelsee ist gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind nett und hilfsbereit. Einzig ein Geschirrspüler fehlte. ;-)

Sommerurlaub in Köpenick

Die Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage direkt am Wasser ist geschmackvoll und komplett eingerichtet. Auf der gepflegten Wiese kann man ein Sonnenbad nehmen und vom eigenen Steg aus jederzeit eine Runde schwimmen gehen. Durch die Lage direkt an der Dahme bekommt man den Lärm der verkehrsreichen Grünauer Straße nicht mit und nach einer erholsamen Nacht lässt es sich auf der Terrasse wunderbar frühstücken. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Durch die hervorragende Anbindung mit Tram, Bus und S-Bahn kann das Auto fast die gesamte Zeit unter dem Carport verbringen. Ein Supermarkt ist nur wenige Meter entfernt auf der anderen Straßenseite und die weitere Umgebung eignet sich hervorragend zum Radfahren, Paddeln, Wandern und natürlich zur Stadtbesichtigung. Hier kann man jeden Morgen zwischen Natur und Stadtleben wählen. Wir können die Ferienwohnung mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und möchten uns für die schönen Tage bei euch bedanken. Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen sehr gut erholt und kommen bestimmt bald einmal wieder. Daniel & Sascha aus Bergisch Gladbach

R u. M aus Nürnberg - Super Domizil

Wir sind bereits schon das zweite Mal hier. Zwischenzeitlich wurde neu renoviert und auch an der Einrichtung wurde liebevoll gearbeitet. Es sind noch zwei Betten (für Kinder gedacht) als Doppelstockbett hinzugekommen. Der Hauptgrund, uns für dieses Objekt wieder zu entscheiden, ist die Ruhe und die Bademöglichkeit gleich an der Terrasse auch fehlt es an nichts. Einkaufen ist in der nähe, die Tram hält fast vor der Tür so das man das Zentrum mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (mit 7€ Tageskarte, in der Tram kaufen) auch ohne Auto bequem erreichen kann. Für Kinder die noch nicht schwimmen können, kann man in 300m Entfernung auch an einer Liegewiese baden. In Grünau (Tram oder Auto 10min) gibt es auch ein großes Strandbad mit allem was dazu gehört. Die Unterkunft läßt nichts zu wünschen übrig, es ist sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und die Lage 5 m weg vom Wasser ist einmalig. Man kann direkt am Bootssteg ins Wasser steigen. Ein Ort einfach zum Wohlfühlen, auch mit kleinen Kindern. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
