Pro: Gute Lage mitten in Potsdam zwischen Innenstadt und Schlosspark, Komfortable Wohnung mit tollem umgebenden Dachbalkon, 4xTV, Sicherheitskameras, Badewanne, Duschen, separates Wohn/Spielzimmer, Küche, Fahrstuhl, etc. Contra: Eingeschränkte Kommunikation, bei Bestätigung hieß es CheckIn Zeit 10 Uhr, 24h vor Anreise plötzlich 15 Uhr, Keine Antwort via der vom Betreiber gewünschten Whatsapp-Nachfrage, vor Ort zwei mal von Reinigungspersonal zugeparkt und auf freundliche Bitte, uns raus zu lassen, leider auch warten gelassen, Notfalltelefonnummer ohne Anschluss, defekte Heizung im Wohnzimmer und Bad, extrem verkalkte Duschbrause, klebriger Fußboden mit Scherben! (Wir hatten zwei Kleinkinder dabei - gar nicht lustig!), abgeplatzter Vinylboden mit scharfen Kanten, unabgewaschenes Geschirr im Schrank
