I did book the hotel knowing that it was a staffless hotel, but I wasn't very impressed. If you want to check-in early you can't and you can't check out late either (even if the website says you can). The one staff that was there was nice, and the hotel was very clean and in a good location.

Phenomenal customer service that was above and beyond! I slipped and hurt myself and needed a doctor and the staff called one for me and the doctor came to the hotel. The hotel room was spacious and lovely and had great amenities.

Personalloser Checkin und Checkout klappt tadellos. Auch die Rechnungszusendung per email mit Firmenadresse sehr gut. Frühstück einfach aber sehr gut mit freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Service. Lounge mit Obst und Filterwasser-Hahn. Zimmer geräumig ruhig und sauber. Alles in allem: Ich komme gerne wieder!
