Room was spacious. Great location near to everything. But noise is the problem. Not from outside but within. Room not soundproof. I could hear footsteps thumps above me, I could hear its heavy chair dragging from the room above. It affected my sleep every night. It would have been better if the room was carpeted and have lighter chair in the room. That chair is too heavy to lift and will always create that dragging noise.

Das Hotel Kantstr. liegt verkehrs- und einkaufstechnisch sehr gut, deswegen habe ich dort gebucht. Ich finde, für den EZ-Preis von 100 Euro könnte auf jeden Fall eine Flasche Wasser gratis im Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt werden, stattdessen hätte ein Wasser 2,80 Euro gekostet. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre auch super. Im Bad roch es leider stark nach Schimmel. Das Zimmer lag zur vielbefahrenen Kantstraße raus und war abends/nachts entsprechend laut. All dies wäre akzeptabel, aber nicht zu diesem Preis.

location was excellent. very near the U and S-bahn. very convenient if you are attending conferences at the Messe Berlin. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Some good restaurants nearby.

They charge for luggage storage, €1.5 per piece, and even the air conditioning in the room costs extra. The lady at the reception had a very bad attitude; she refused to print out the receipt from the day before and just said it was sent by email. They even mishandled guests’ suitcases when storing them. Apart from the good location, there’s nothing much to recommend, and it’s overpriced
