The check in process was easy. Nice clean and inviting front lobby. The hotel lobby is very inviting. It has a nice family atmosphere. The room is clean. Very nice and just what I needed. Staying 3 nights. Laundry here and was one thing I needed. Didn’t do breakfast but it looked awesome. Would stay here again when I come back to Berlin.

I have stayed at this hotel in previous years however this year we didn’t have any clean water nor hot water for one of our nights. This was due to the water company doing work on the water main. The water was yellow and foul. I spoke to reception and he didn’t offer any apology but said that it wasn’t their fault or responsibility. I contacted the manager and he said the same but did apologise.

We’ve stayed at this hotel on many occasions during the last few years but this year we experienced no hot water, which meant we could not wash properly for two days. On one day the water was also dark yellow, we had to buy water from the shop to brush our teeth. This affected our cooking as well! When I complained I was told that it was due to the water company and not the fault or the hotel and that I would not receive any form of compensation from the hotel. Even though they had known about the situation and they had apparently cancelled some guests from staying due to the water. Being shouted at by the receptionist also wasn’t nice. Not even a sorry from him, just being spoken over and being told it wasn’t the hotels fault. Very poor show!

This was our second visit to Berlin, and we returned to Adagio because the place is so friendly, well situated and has all that we need from an apartment. Being able to cook in the room with supermarkets close by is a real plus point, although there are some great places to eat nearby. There are great facilities in the room and in the hotel too. Staff are very helpful and multilingual. Travel is easy with many bus and train lines nos within walking distance.

The properties laundry was serviceable just a little limited, due to the number of machines. We only had breakfast once, expensive for what was offered. The staff generally were okay, but it only takes one to be a little dismissive to make other staff that were pleasant suffer for it.

An ok stay. Unfortunately no one was at reception and we were stuck outside the building when we arrived - even though I confirmed via email our arrival time and was reassured there was a 24/7 reception. Intercom was not working. Very frustrating at 1am! Apartment was ok - more of a bedroom with a small kitchen. No lounge area - and only one chair so took away the point of having a kitchen as we couldn’t sit down on a chair to eat.

The room was warm, there was plenty of space, beds were comfortable, the kitchenette was well equipped and the bathroom was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't have the breakfast as it seemed quite expensive, but everything else was perfect.

Close to the center of town, but in a quiet neighborhood. Two blocks from subway station, four blocks from S-bahn, one block from bus stop for buses to Zoo Station, Culture Forum, K-Strasse and KaDeWe slore. Very comfortable room with a kitchenette. Comfortable bed.

Very comfortable, central Hotel, with little gym - but beat was definitely the staff at reception. Always friendly and present, helpful and professional. Very seldom these days... Most staff other places are simply not interested in guests.

It was in a good location. Nice and clean and a good fitted kitchen. There are plenty of bars and restaurants close by, either towards Kurfurstendamm or behind the building. 2 grocery stores are just across the road.
