Great room, loved the hugh window with full view to Oranienburger Straße. Service was also very helpful. We forgot ordering cleaning (had to be done the day before using a QR code), which was a shame. Due to maintenance of the parking basement, we had to move our car early in the morning on our last day, which was quite inconvenient. It would have been nice with a small compensation such as a free coffee or similar.

A nice stay in the nice hotel

We had a really nice stay at the Arcotel Velvet Berlin hotel. Everything went smoothly, our room was nice, bed comfy and the breakfast was tasty and the coffee too. The only thing we really missed was a small fridge. That would have been useful for us.

Nice area with good communication around the city. Clean and ok rooms. Appreciated that we got a closed bathroom on request. Too bad that the service here was sub par. Not only did they make grave mistakes (as giving the wrong room number) but also tried to dubble charge the city tax. Glad I kept the receipt… I would book somewhere else. The area is great.

Liked the large windows and the large room. Breakfast was good. However it was hot in Berlin and we had chosen the hotel because it had airconditioning (AC). The AC in the whole hotel was broken so our room was uncomfortable and noisy when the windows were open. We were not told about the AC when we booked in or we wouldnt have stayed. It was not fixed during our stay.
