Hier bieten wir Ihnen 6 Ferienwohnungen und 1 Ferienhaus für Ihre Erholung im Berchtesgadener Land mit seinen vielfältigen Freizeitmöglichkeiten zu jeder Jahreszeit. Ein fantastischer Ausblick auf die umliegende Bergwelt und das Zentrum von Berchtesgaden erwarten Sie. Zu Fuß erreichen Sie in gut 5 Minuten das Zentrum des malerischen Ortes, der Aufstieg beim Rückweg dauert etwas länger.
Das Ferienhaus mit Erd- und Obergeschoss und rd. 165 m² Wohnfläche bietet Platz für maximal 10 Personen. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer für insgesamt 7 Personen, ein Bad mit Wanne und Dusche sowie eine separate Toilette. Das Obergeschoss verfügt außerdem über einen Balkon. Zu ebener Erde laden das gemütliche Wohnzimmer, die Wohndiele oder die Terrasse zu geselligem Beisammensein ein. Außerdem gibt es im Erdgeschoss ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppel- und eines mit Einzelbett, ein Bad mit Dusche als auch ein separates WC.

Family Trip with Adult Children

What a fantastic location and comfortable accommodations. The view from our rental was amazing and we didn't mind the step hill to the town. We were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary and brought out 5 adult children with 2 spouses. We hiked, biked and even swam in the nearby lakes. Couldn't have been a better experience! We got to visit again in a few years.

Lovely Family Place

The Apotheker House provided us lots of space to stay with 6 adults. The walk into town to shops and restaurants is short and a good warm up for hiking in the gorgeous nearby mountains. The host is attentive and helpful. We had a wonderful time.

Gemütliches Haus mit viel Platz und tolle Lage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had ample space with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living/dining rooms downstairs. And another three bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs. we were impressed at how clean everything was (there was not a bit of dust even to be found). The kitchen had everything we could need (tons of dishes and glassware) The location was superb. My husband and I enjoyed fast walking up and down the steep hill to get to city center within 5 minutes. Though, as other reviewers mentioned; it is a very very steep hill. So for some family members it took a bit longer to walk up with a couple breaks. But it also may be been a Glühwein faults Overall, a incredibly pleasant stay with magical views and a very friendly Gastgeberin. We look forward to returning here some day

Alles wie erwartet

War so, wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben, ruhige Lage, geräumiges Haus, gute Ausstattung. Nur kurze Entfernung zur Ortsmitte. Man sollte allerdings gut zu Fuß sein, der Heimweg ist zwar nicht lang aber es geht relativ steil bergauf - ist ebenso wenn man in die Berge fährt.

Traumhafte Lage

Das Haus ist ein schön gemütlich und urig eingerichtetes Apothekerhaus in einer für uns Traumhaften Lage. Der Weg in die Stadt zu Fuss dauert nur 5min, nur für den Aufstieg benötigt man etwas länger da das Haus weit oben auf einem Berg liegt. Dafür entschädigt aber die Ruhe und die Aussicht alles.

Sauberes und geräumiges Ferienhaus war die ideale Unterkunft für sechs Personen als Basis zahlreicher Wanderungen am Königssee - wir kommen wieder! :)

Wunderschöner Winterurlaub im großen Apothekerhaus

Wir haben mit einer Gruppe von 9 Personen insgesamt 5 Tage im sehr schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß und bietet ausreichend Platz. Ausstattung sowie die Sauberkeit des Ferienhauses sind einwandfrei, um dort einen tollen Urlaub zu verbringen. Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel in Berchtesgaden mit einem tollen Ausblick. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen, wobei der Rückweg etwas beschwerlich ist, da man den Berg hinauf muss. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder!

Grosses Haus in guter Lage mit Renovierungsbedarf

Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich geräumig und nett eingerichtet. Doppelfenster mit Nachkriegstechnik. Bäder in Ordnung aber nicht modern. Küche reichlich klein ohne Komfort (Geschirrspüler fehlt) mit wenig Kochgeschirr. Töpfe und die eine Pfanne in miserablen Zustand (uneben). Licht über Küchenzeile teilweise ausser Funktion.
