The Benton is close enough to downtown to walk if you choose to. Lots of places to eat, drink, find coffee, groceries nearby. Ample parking. The unit itself was very clean and thoughtfully/tastefully decorated. Everything worked, was easily accessible. Quiet. We would definitely look to stay here again.

Four days was too short!
The Benton was clean and well-appointed with everything two people could possibly want or need. Communication with the owner was easy and his responses were extremely quick. The neighborhood in which the property is located would definitely be classified as “up and coming” but I was never truly concerned for our safety. My boyfriend and I visited Bentonville to mountain bike and we will absolutely be back and would stay at The Benton again.

Excellent Stay
The property is newly renovated and backing my car up to the front door parking spot was a huge convenience. Washer and dryer worked really well too. I also ate all the candy. The TV worked well and so did the wifi. Would’ve been nice to have dresser in the closet. In closing, the mentioned convenience features were great, because at other properties I’ve stayed at, not so great. It’s a quick bike ride or walk to many good restaurants, coffee shops, and the town center.

Perfect and Affordable!
Awesome! Clean, clean, clean! Roomy enough for two people, 4 bikes, gear, and a cooler! Plenty of coffee, towels, utensils, etc. Communication was speedy and generosity was above the norm. Easy to get to the trails (maybe .7-1mile). I couldn’t have asked for anything else! It’s an affordable place which is hard to come by and certainly appreciated! I will definitely book again!!
