For a quick overnight in the Sawyer/Three Oaks region, this hotel is perfect. You can't beat the price - we paid $79 for a Saturday night - and the location is ideal if you want to bop around the area. Staff is SUPER nice and friendly.

Nice hotel. Clean and close to Sawyer, Three Oaks, New Buffalo, etc. Floors make a lot of noise when you walk on them, and the TV shakes! Also, was awakened at 4:11 am by a customer checking in who had his music on in his car at the 11th level! Could not sleep.

Something seems to have changed from our last stay, but we were in a different room and out of season for the Warren Dunes area. Carpets are old and dirty in many areas. In our room, there was a black area on the carpet under the sink. Water has clearly been leaking there for sometime and caused damage. Toilet paper holder needed repair. Roll wouldn’t stay on it. Conditioner in shower dispenser was empty. Breakfast not as good as our first stay, but this could be a seasonal thing. Cheap accommodations. Got what we paid for.

The whole place smelled like whatever the owners, who live there, were cooking or did cook. The smell lingered and didn’t lessen while we were there. The cops were there at one point for what appeared to be a guest that wouldn’t leave. The gym was literally set up in an unused room-the equipment was decent and there was a variety but the carpet floor needs to go. The breakfast area was dirty, tables were sticky, many things needed restocking but there wasn’t an attendant in sight. We all slept ok but won’t stay again.
