Great place to stay!

We stayed here for a long weekend and had a great experience! Nice home with a great outdoor area and only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the shops in Union Pier. The host was very responsive in answering any questions we had. Highly recommended!

Spontaneous stay!

It was our first time spending time in Michigan. It was very spontaneous and we were lucky this home was still available! It was stocked, clean and just a short walk to the beach, Union Pier social, Red Arrow Ride, the market and the Black Currant Bakery (Delicious) All so very good and helpful! We rented tubes and a paddle board from Red Arrow ride. They both delivered and picked them up for us! We had a great time and will be back! 🙌

great place to stay!

this was a great place for a long weekend for very comfortable bedrooms. Slept seven of our family members bathrooms were great showers were great large screen TV and we use the front porch every single day and late into the evenings. One of the best features of the house was the front porch for the family could sit and hang out. The owner was great to work with very quick to respond and takes good care of this property answered any questions we had right away and gave us some pointers on places to eat and things to do. Would recommend this property for easy beach access down the street and quick access to the highway, which leads to New Buffalo or Saint Joseph A+

Lovely home and great location

Other than thinking living room wasa bit bigger the house was exactly as depicted- lovely, cheerful, comfortable, and clean. Five of us enjoyed our time very much- cooking and meals on porch, s’mores using outdoor fire pit and amazing proximity to both beach, cafes and restaurants. Beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon made it all so easy - 2-3 min walk to beach access. Immediate surroundings of house are lacking at the moment - in progress it seems. Host is great and eager to please- we felt so welcome and at home! We would love to come back every summer!

Three generation vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach House. The property is well-appointed and the location was perfect. The corn hole game was a big hit with all of us! The owner was helpful and accommodating to our needs.

Cozy Family Getaway

This new home has both charm and modern sensibilities. Super close to easy beach access and good restaurants/bakery. Everything is a walk away and handpicked fruit produce within minutes by car allowing use of the kitchen and dining outside if you prefer to stay in with family while babies sleep and game night takes place. Slept 7 adults and 2 infant/children without use of couch as a bed.

Planned this stay a year out. Thank you John for letting us make wonderful memories at your fabulous beach house! You didn’t skip a beat, and we were so appreciative for all the fine touches. My favorite was the counter tops, spa bathrooms, comfy sleeping, front porch, grill, access to the beach. WE HAD SO MUCH FUN. Thank you again.

Great for families

Amazing location, beautiful home, kind and responsive property manager. We stayed for a week with three children…very close to the beach, walked to Whistle Stop, Black Currant, shops, Union Pier Social. Loved it!!

Great Stay in Union Pier!

We had a great stay in Union Pier! The house was amazing - brand new with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and walkable to the beach and restaurants - and perfect for our group, which included my husband and myself, our two adult children and significant others, one baby and one dog. Also the location was perfect for us as it is close to midway between Chicago and Ann Arbor. Thank you, John, for being so communicative before and during the trip, and for giving us many restaurant suggestions. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Labor Day Getaway

This property is a great size for 1 - 2 families, is designed with guests in mind and is the perfect location; a quick walk to the beach, breakfast, shops etc. It’s also an excellent location for runners with miles of lakefront runs right out the front door. The outdoor shower is perfect to use after the beach and the indoor showers are well stocked with high quality bath and hair products. The owner was helpful, responsive and we would highly recommend this home!

July 4th

House was great for 2 families. It's in a quiet neighborhood and super close to town and beach. If your looking for a place to never have to get in your car, this is the perfect place. House was fully stocked with everything you need! Manager was amazing

The perfect house for a beach getaway

This house was so adorable and new. It even smelled new. The kitchen and bathrooms were gorgeous. The location is perfect. We could walk to Black Currant Bakery in the morning for breakfast and coffee and Whistle Stop for lunch. Not to mention the beach was a quick couple minutes walk. The beach is gorgeous and quiet. We loved everything about our visit!!

Property was clean and comfortable. John was kind enough to allow us to check in a bit early from our reservation. He helped us with dinner suggestions and when we needed to clarify WiFi and he responded immediately. Only change, needed top sheet on the bunk beds. Great get away for a girls night out.

Family Anniversary Trip

Great place! Was spotless and roomy with a big kitchen. Close to the beach, it's literally around the corner, and they have beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and even a wagon to get it all there. We used the Miller Lake Access beach and it was the perfect place to swim & sun! Felt very manageable for our two grandsons as well. We even popped back down there to watch the sunset. If you need anything, there is a great little grocery market a few blocks away and even a gourmet coffee shop & deli. Big front porch had a dining table and a conversation area and the ceiling fans kept any bugs away. Owner was great at communicating and answering questions. You won't be disappointed.

Pure Joy

The home is Perfectly located! Across the street and a short walk to the beach, a short walk to the Whistle Stop for morning coffee. The home is brand new and the kitchen/living room is perfect for a family hanging out. John supplies everything you need for a beach holiday, with bicycles, beach chairs, beach games,umbrellas... nothing is overlooked. John was an incredible host, ready to do anything he could to make the stay enjoyable. I cannot say enough great things about our experience. It was wonderful!!!

Nothing was missed in designing, planning and setting this home up for renter’s to be able to enjoy their vacation at the Lake. The house is very well designed and decorated and everything is new and well maintained. We walked into a very clean house, fresh and generous linens and towels ready, dispensers filled with soaps, shampoos, conditioners in kitchen and 4 full bathrooms, which is amazing to have in a rental at the beach! The kitchen has everything needed for every day living, as well as hosting a group. John, the owner, is extremely thoughtful, kind and available to make certain his renter’s needs are met. Enjoy a wonderful home, minutes walk to the beach stairs and grocery stores/shops in Union Pier.
